Mr. Platnick is also President and sole shareholder of the Agent, Falkin Platnick Securities Company,Inc. which is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") and is registered as a broker-dealer with the SEC in certain states.  Mr. Platnick is a General Securities Principal and a Registered Representative with the NASD.  Mr. Platnick is also licensed to sell real estate n New Jersey.

Prior to the formation of FPRG, Mr. Platnick was Vice President at Gibraltar Securities Co., Florham Park, New Jersey for eight years.  During this time he was a principal and managing partner of Eight apartment buildings, which consisted of 535 rental units, in Essex County, New Jersey.  Before joining Gibraltar in 1980, Mr. Platnick was affiliated with various New Jersey hospitals in the capacity of Controller and Director of Finance.  Mr. Platnick obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University after receiving a B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University.

In addition, he is the President and shareholder of Falkin Financial Corp., a real estate and mrtgage broker company licensed in the State of New Jersey.  Mr. Falkin is also a real estate broker licensed in the States of Texas and Pennsylvania.  Falkin Financial Corp. specializes in the financing of first and second mortgages as well as sales of multi-family residential and commercial properties.  Mr. Falkin has had ownership interests in investment property acquisitions in which his role included devising the investment strategy and development plan to procure, source and structure mortgage placement, property management, building upgrades and renovations and condominium or co-op conversion. 

Prior to the formation of FPRG, Mr. Falkin was Vice President of Raritan Valley Mortgage, Inc.  East Brunswick, New Jersery.  He supervised the origination and placement of $450,000,000 of FHLMC/FNMA multi-family mortgages and served as the broker for the purchase and sale of various commercial and residential multi-family properties.  Mr. Falkin holds a B.S.  in Business Administration from Rider University.

Mr. Platnick is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey.  His responsibilities include historical market review, financial analysis and future pro forma modeling of all properties considered for acquisition.  Mr. Platnick is instrumental in underwriting and securing the equity and debt financing necessary to finalize transactions and maintains contact with real estate brokers in our current markets.  He also makes frequent visits to and has a hands-on relationship with the properties currently in FPRG’s portfolio in an effort to facilitate management.  Prior to this position, Mr. Platnick was an equities trader with Schonfeld Securities, L.L.C.  Mr. Platnick holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Anatomy and Neurobiology from Colorado State University.

Mr. Nieburg’s responsibilities include facilities management of the New Jersey office including computer hardware and software.  He is responsible for review of Corporate vendor contracts and billing, as well as, management of Accounts Receivable for all FPRG companies.  mr. Nieburg is the Human REsources and Benefits Administrator for the FPRG employee 401 (k), medical and dental plans.

Mr. Nieburg previously served as Director of Acquisitions and Mortgage Underwriting for FPRG.  He was Senior Vice President of Falkin Financial Corp. where he supervised the sale and financing of multifamily property in NJ, NY, and PA.  Mr. Nieburg is a licensed REal Estate Broker in the state of New Jersey.  He holds a B.A. degree from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA.

Texas Office

Ms. Sierra is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the State of Texas and a Certified Apartment Manager with the National Apartment Association. Her duties for FPRG include direct daily oversight of all business management, marketing, identifying, evaluating and implementing business operations to ensure continued success for the company and reporting directly to the investors and Corporate Officers of FPRG. Her duties for F.P Braunig include the supervision of all staff, marketing, daily business operations for the commercial real estate, management and development of all the businesses based in San Antonio. Prior to her position with F.P.Braunig, Ms. Sierra was the Senior Manager for Falkin Platnick Realty Group overseeing all the multi-family properties in the San Antonio area. She is a member of the San Antonio Apartment Association and San Antonio Southside Chamber of Commerce.

Bethanie has her CAM designation. She comes to FPRG knowing every facet of the business and has been in the multifamily Industry for over 10 years. Before becoming a member of the FPRG she was a property manager for 5 years with Capstone Real Estate Services. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily oversight of all staff, marketing, management and development of all business based in Texas. She reports directly to the Corporate Director.
