Historical Profile
FPRG, Inc. was formed in 1988 to acquire real estate investment properties in strategic growth markets. Starting with our first investment property that year in San Antonio, we have anchored our assets in Texas, and gained a great reputation as a hands-on owner / manager of multifamily properties. Diversifying throughout the years, we have successfully purchased and operated a mini-storage, boat and RV storage, motels, RV parks, office space, and single family land development, all with the idea of creating a great product for our investors through knowledge, experience, hard work and capitalizing on unique opportunities.

Joshua D. Platnick | President
Joshua (Josh) has a BS from the University of Michigan, an MS from Colorado State University and acquired his Real Estate License from the state of New Jersey.
In 2003 he joined Mr. Alby Platnick and Mr. Stuart Falkin as the Acquisitions Director, and over the course of his time in that position he was particularly instrumental with establishing and managing the investment execution of all acquisitions, portfolio management, fund operations, income return calculations, financial analysis and business developments.
Josh currently serves as the President of FPRG and leads all phases of corporate financial decisions, property dispositions, expansion planning, asset selections and all aspects of investor relationships.
Josh is a firm believer and has an effective method of approaching FPRG’S aspirations by demonstrating a hands -on-management style that encompasses policy compliance along with organizational value and growth for our investors and Employees.
Albert B. Platnick | Principal
Albert ( Alby) Platnick is a native of New Jersey, and has over 40 years of experience with owning, developing and growing a portfolio that include diverse investments such as mixed use—properties, commercial Real-estate, Single Family and Multi-Family developments.
Mr. Platnick graduated from Monmouth University in West Long Beach, New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. While he was driven to further his education, he worked at various area hospitals as Director of Finance, along with attending Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, where he attained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
In 1988 Mr. Platnick and his business partner formed Falkin Platnick Realty Group Inc. and had a vision to design a company based on honesty and integrity, hence, the 1st acquisition materialized in 1989.
Since then Mr. Platnick’s dedication and passion along with his deep expertise in Financial, Operational, and Strategic Leadership has played an integrate part of FPRG’s continued success. Mr. Platnick’s vitality for operational excellence continues to procure a portfolio with detail-oriented real-estate management services and long term financial initiatives that encompass, real-estate investments, renovations and value-added assets.

FFC is a licensed Real Estate Broker and property management company in New Jersey, Texas and Pennsylvania. FFC specializes in the purchase/sale of multifamily residential properties and commercial properties. Falkin's ownership role in investment strategy and development plan to procure, source and structure mortgage placement, property management, capital improvements for building upgrades and improvements. Property management services are provided to condominium, HOA and Cooperative communities. In accordance with Opportunity Zone investments, Southton OZ, LLC was formed to develop a 239 unit apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas.
Falkin Realty, President
2007 to present
-Falkin Realty is a subsidiary company located in San Antonio, Texas promoting sales of single family acreage lots in two 450 acre subdivisions knowns as Eden Crossing in La Vernia, Texas and Abrego Lake in Floresville, Texas. Falkin Realty also is renovating and selling the 40 unit Calder park Condominium community in San Antonio, Texas.

As Co-founder and Principal, FPRG specializes in acquiring, developing and managing opportunistic real estate properties in several growth markets which lead to creating a value -add portfolio of multifamily and commercial investments. The goal is to financially engineer a successful, long term profitable cash flow for partners and investors. Assets under management have included garden and midrise apartment complexes, town home communities, RV Resort, hotel, office and commercial property, RV and boat and ministorage facilities.
Michele Sierra | Corporate Director
Michele Sierra serves as the Corporate Director for Falkin Platnick Realty Group Inc.
Ms. Sierra joined FPRG in 2000 ,but has been active in the multifamily industry since 1990.
During M. Sierra’s 24 plus years with FPRG, her role has been to oversee our Texas and Colorado portfolio. Ms. Sierra’s management style is to treat every asset as if she is the owner, and her unremitting goal is always to deliver provident financial decisions that produce the highest return on their investments while simultaneously optimizing resident and employee satisfaction.
With more than 34 years of multifamily industry operational experience, she has the responsibility of developing staffing plans, on site due diligence, renovation supervision, formulation and oversight of marketing plans to execute and maximize long term portfolio goals and values, personnel training, property inspections, contract negotiations prior to submitting them to the owners and budgetary development.
During Ms. Sierra’s tenure with FPRG, she had the responsibility of overseeing Braunig Lake 50 LP, a 50-acre, mixed-use business park which included office space, a 5,000 SF banquet hall, an RV and Boat Storage and a 266-space RV Resort. Braunig Lake 50 LP also owned and managed a 63room hotel that was rebranded twice, and Ms. Sierra was required to maintain all Franchise regulations and criteria changes, this offered her the opportunity to attend and complete educational classes that attributed to her experience within the Hospitality Industry.
Ms. Sierra holds a real estate license in the State of Texas and is a Certified Apartment Manager with the National Apartment Association. In addition, she has served on the San Antonio Apartment Association Board of Directors from 2017 to 2020.
